Woah Recovery App
Help, answers, and how to get in touch.
Woah is a recovery-tracking app that reads your sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and other signals from Apple Health to give you a daily recovery score and one clear daily message. If you need help, the fastest way to reach us is by email — we read and reply to every message.
Woah needs Apple Health data — ideally sleep and heart-rate variability from a wearable (Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, etc.). If your device has no data yet, the main screen shows a waiting state. You can tap "Enter data manually" on the main screen to enter values and see the full experience. Make sure Woah has permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Woah.
Open the partner tab and either share your 6-character code or enter your partner's code. Both people must agree to pair. You can disconnect at any time from within the app.
Woah Premium (History, Lifestyle status, the AI coach, and partner features) is an auto-renewable subscription. You can manage or cancel it, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). The free core — your daily recovery score, guidance, habits, and notifications — keeps working without a subscription.
Open the ••• menu → Profile → scroll down → Delete my data. This permanently removes your profile, history, partner connections, and all synced data from your device and iCloud.
No. Woah is a general wellness and recovery-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
